The trousers open both sides to hip level, making dressing and changing easier for those with limited mobility or incontinence.  for those with limited mobility or incontinence.   The trouser has a flat front band and the back is elasticised.  Two concealed side pockets. The back waist band is extended to cross over at the front to enable ease of toileting.  When the front is seperated from the back at the sides the back does not fall away.

Fabric choice in Mid weight fleece or the Cotton Backed microfibre which is a very breathable interlock product.
