Where is the Clothing Manufactured?

The fabrics are source through local Suppliers and Manufacturing is professionally carried out in Queensland.  The products are totally Australian made and owned.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If we have your item in stock it will be sent by Overnight Courier.  Should we be out of stock on the exact item you are requesting, our order processing normally takes approximately 2-3 weeks.    If not in stock we will contact you as quickly as possible with alternative suggestions.   However if extremely urgent please let us know and we can put in an urgent request to our manufacturing team.

What if I don't like the colour, size etc. of the items I receive?

There is no risk to you, if you or the wearer for any reason don't like the item received, (colour tones, patterns, size, designs, etc) send it back, unwashed and unworn, for an exchange, credit or refund. It's your choice.

How well do these clothes endure industrial laundries?

Our clothing has been tested in some of the most rigorous facility laundries available. We carefully select fabrics made for the best durability, fade resistance and overall good looks.

What clothing size will fit my loved one the best?

Our clothing is generous in size and designed for people who need full assistance with their daily dressing. Frequently the "sizing guidelines" page will help answer your questions. If you need more assistance, our customer service staff are willing to assist.    Sizing available in most patterns are from X-Small to 5XL 

Why don't I just buy my loved one's clothing at a department store?

Someone who needs assistance with their daily dressing or is living in a Care Facility, is not in a "normal" situation. Our clothes are made with a fuller cut design for extra comfort and to better accommodate the body changes that occur with aging. They are also made with fabrics that are more durable, and easy-care materials to look fresh even after the harshest laundry requirements.  Split back or open back clothing is not found in regular stores.
